Answer: Typically lead packages are delivered within 24 hrs, excluding weekends.
Question #3: Why does my CC (credit card) statement show a payment to "1UPCASH, Salem Ohio"

Answer: "1UPCASH" is our merchants payment processor.

Question #4: I'm brand new to my home based business. How do I know what lead option is best for me?

Answer: Without knowing your exact situation (level of experience, confidence, amount of money
made to date, etc...) it'd be foolish for myself (or anyone for that matter) to make a suggestion based on generalities. Therefore, I would suggest that you contact us directly via the phone / email / live chat / skype so we may provide you with some one on one guidance, and provide some honest clarity on what's best for you.

Answer: All of our leads are generated online, via web forms, ie, lead capture pages, that either we ourselves own OR one of our contracted lead suppliers owns. Right now, most of our leads captured are from the use of banners, pay-pay-click marketing, text ads, co-registration email or solo ad mailings.
Question #7: Are your leads compliant with the Can-SPAM laws?

Question #8: I'm in a gifting program called, XXXXXXXXXXX. What do you think I should use to promote it if

Answer: While the idea of a "Funded Proposal" was first introduced by one of my own personal mentors, Joe Schroeder, it's gotten kind of watered down, since then. Meaning, in todays market, we believe it's just as easy to promote your primary biz opp as it is to promote anything else. And furthermore, you can always introduce your leads to generic training material, affiliate programs (BUYER LEAD PRO), etc.... once they've opted into your page for more information.

Question #10: What sort of GUARANTEE do you offer your customers?

Answer: Unfortunately we can NOT offer a "Money Back Guarantee" due to the uniqueness of the product.  However, we do offer a "One Time Replacement Guarantee".  This means that anytime you get a batch of leads from us that YOU feel isn't up to par, then we will gladly REPLACE that one batch of leads for you. For example, say you order 20 Canadian Leads that are 24 Hrs Old and 13 of them are fake.  Using the "One Time Replacement Guarantee", we will replace the entire 20 Canadian leads.

Question #11: How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

Answer:

Please FOLLOW these instructions very carefully!
Failure to do so (COULD) result in you being billed!

If you are using a credit / debit card, then you must submit a written request to cancel within (3) days prior of your rebill date for proper processing, EXCLUDING weekends and holidays (New Years,
Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving).

This applies to ALL subscriptions, monthly and trial.

No exceptions!

We will NOT be held responsible for "last second" attempts and/or "after the fact" excuses as to why you couldn't cancel in advance.

What does this mean?  See below:

For Example: Your monthly subscription renews on or about the 7th of each month.  You MUST cancel in WRITING by the 4th of the month to allow for processing.  Do NOT send in a request to cancel on the 6th at 11:32 PM and expect us to rush to cancel your account. That's clearly a "last second" attempt to do something you should have done prior!

We're all adults here.  So please assume full responsibility for your business, and its billings.

Here's HOW to cancel when using a credit / debt card:


Step 1)  Use the Contact Us form at the top of this page

Step 2) PLEASE include your FIRST and LAST NAME as it appears on your order, your PHONE NUMBER, your EMAIL ADDRESS and exactly what it is that you are cancelling.  We have multiple programs, with multiple subscription options so please be specific in what you want to keep v/s what you want to cancel.

Step 3) Allow up to 3 days for your request to cancel, (See above).

Step 4) You will receive a written rely back, stating that your account has been closed.

Here's HOW to cancel when using PAYPAL:


Step 1) Log into your own PayPal account and locate the PAYMENT SENT.

Step 2) Click on DETAILS, related to that order.

Step 3) In the left hand corner, you'll see:  You can see all of your recurring payments on the My preapproved payments. Click on My PreApproved Payments

Step 4) Locate the subscription from ACTIVE status.  Select it.

Step 5) Click on cancel subscription, near bottom of page, center.

Step 6) Confirm your request to cancel.
