Buyer Lead Pro Terms and Conditions

  Pursuant to this Agreement, Buyer Lead Pro and its "Customers" shall agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by Buyer Lead Pro is final and binding. 

2.) Buyer Lead Pro will replace leads with disconnected or wrong numbers only. Under no circumstances can a customer demand any additional compensation / refund for any other reason. 

3.) Buyer Lead Pro will replace leads with invalid mailing addresses for the DIRECT MAIL LEADS ONLY. Under no circumstances can a customer demand any additional compensation / refund for any other reason. 

4.) Buyer Lead Pro may take up to 3 business days to fulfill an order. In event that it takes more than 3 business days to fulfill an order, a customer may demand a refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.

5.) In no event shall Buyer Lead Pro be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

6.) Buyer Lead Pro sells prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you cannot chargeback or demand a refund under any and all circumstances including but not limited to dissatisfaction with quality or service.

7.) Customer agrees to a NO REFUND policy on ANY order at ANY time.  The reason for this is because of the general nature of the product (ie, leads) and marketing services. 

8.) By default, ALL orders are set to auto-renew monthly (unless NOTED on the sales page). 

9.) Customer agrees not to promote an illegal product/service in any or all states in the United States using Buyer Lead Pros website, leads, software and/or technology platform. 

10.) Customer agrees not to promote an illegal product/service in any or all provinces in Canada using Buyer Lead Pros website, leads, software and/or technology platform. 

11.) Customer agrees not to use any profane or offensive language while using Buyer Lead Pros technology platform which includes but is not limited to Buyer Lead Pros eMailer system. 

12.) Customer agrees to receive snail mail, email, telephonic, text (sms or mms) messages and / or any and all types of advertising solicitations from Buyer Lead Pro. 

13.) Customer agrees to never participate in any open attacks, slander, or negative criticism directed at BuyerLeadPro.com.  This includes but is not limited to blogs, forums, or surveys.

14.) Customer agrees to respect and make no efforts to undermine the security or underlying systems of Buyer Lead Pro. They must further agree to use all of Buyer Lead Pro pages, features, systems, servers, and  tools only in the nature that they were intended to be used. Clients agree that they will not make any attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass any security features that has been put in place by Buyer Lead Pro.

15.) Customer agrees that the use of the eMailer systems are their sole responsibility. Any use of the services that violates any state laws is the clients responsibility.

16.) Buyer Lead Pro reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

17.) By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer warrants that Customer (or Authorized Representative of the Customer) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract. Client also agrees to receive snail mail, email, telephonic and any and all other types of advertising solicitations from Buyer Lead Pro. 

18.) All bank disputes and chargebacks will result in the complete cancellation of your account. All chargebacks are reported to the relevant Credit Agencies, Credit Rating Services, Fraud Watchdog Services and/or any other agency we deem appropriate. A chargeback may result in denial of credit by other merchants and may adversely affect your credit/creditworthiness.

19.) DO NOT place your order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions!
